REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the personalized nature of our business, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or "re-do's". However, please notify us via email* immediately (and no later than 7 days after confirmed delivery date) if there are any problems with your order.
*On rare occasions, technical glitches may occur and an email may be undelivered. If you have emailed us about an order issue and have not heard back within 24 hours, please email again and also call us at (602)373-5800 if possible. Thank you.
EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in the shipping process, or if an error was made on our part. No exchanges or "re-do's" will be granted otherwise, including due to natural color or artistic variation, or customer error with art or text specifications. Please note that all dimensions, especially with silk art, are approximate and minor shrinkage may occur in the artistic process (i.e., with silk painting) or hand-trimming process (i.e., with prints).
If your item arrived damaged, please take clear photos of it and notify us immediately, no later than 3 days after the documented delivery date. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org asap, as well as a phone call if you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, due to the rare occurrence of technical issues with email delivery.
